All payments are final and non-refundable. Attempting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute will result in a permanent and irreversible ban from all of our servers.

Purchases can take 1–20 minutes to arrive in-game. If your purchase has not arrived after 20 minutes, open a support ticket on our Discord with proof of purchase so we can investigate.

When you use our services, we may collect certain information such as your name, email address, and payment details. We use this information solely to process your transactions and provide our services.

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to complete your transactions or as required by law. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.

In-game data collected for moderation (movement, communications, IP, public Steam profile) is covered under Server Rules: Data Collection.

Access to the servers and the Discord is a privilege that can be revoked at any time under the server rules. Virtual items, ranks and perks have no cash value and are not transferable, except through gifting to another Steam ID at the moment of purchase.

No refunds are issued on purchases held by an account that is banned. These terms can change; we post notice of every change in our server updates on Discord before it takes effect.
