After PayNow confirms your payment, your purchase is credited to your Steam ID within 1–20 minutes. Deployables and kits arrive on the server you are connected to. VIP activates when you next connect. If your purchase is still missing after 20 minutes, open a Discord ticket with proof of purchase.

No. ACTUAL VIP is a one-time payment for 30 days or 1 year. It does not renew automatically, and we never store your card. You can buy VIP again at any time. Any remaining days are added to your new term.

Yes. Select "This is a gift" at checkout and enter the recipient's 17-digit Steam ID64. The purchase will be delivered to that account. Gifts are final, so check the ID before paying.

A chargeback or PayPal dispute on any ACTUAL store purchase results in a permanent ban across every ACTUAL server and the Discord. If you have a payment problem, open a support ticket first so our team can investigate.

Some items have a purchase limit per wipe. For example, only 20 Personal Force Fields are available each wipe. Stock resets when the server wipes, and each product shows how many are left.

Everyone on that server sees the change. Day, night, storm and fog purchases apply to the whole server for 30 minutes, with a chat announcement that includes your name. Only one can run at a time, with a maximum of 3 per server each day.

The meter in the ACTUAL store shows how much of our monthly server costs have been covered. Completed cash purchases count toward the goal. Some donation tiers also include a Discord role and a place on our supporters list.

Purchases help pay for hosting for ACTUAL and the rest of the network, DDoS protection, anti-cheat tools, plugin licences and player stats. The funding meter shows progress toward those monthly costs. At 100%, the month is covered.
