RULES

Players with a Rust game ban less than 180 days old on a previous account will be banned. Players with more than 2 Rust game bans will be banned on any future account they create, regardless of how old those bans are. Admins also reserve the right to ban a player and keep them banned for any reason.

Any form of teaming or allying outside of the server's specified group limit is subject to ban.

• Players may trade ONLY at shop fronts or Outpost.
• You may swap out teammates mid-wipe only if they are not returning to the server. You must remove them from TC and bags, and change your door codes.
• You may only roam, live and farm with players within the server's group limit. Exceeding that limit may result in a ban.
• No allying of any sort. You may establish a no-raid agreement, but in no way may you assist another team.

Exploits and glitch abuse are not allowed and may result in a kick or ban. If you find a glitch, report it to an administrator or post it in #glitches-bugs on Discord.

Hackers caught on the server will be banned immediately. To report a hacker, use the in-game F7 report system. Both our staff and Facepunch receive those reports. No refunds are issued if you're banned from the server while holding VIP.

Any form of clear association or teaming with a hacker will result in a ban of the entire group associated with the hacker. This is strictly enforced, so be mindful of who you play and team with. No refunds are issued if you're banned from the server while holding VIP.

Spamming game chat or Discord may result in a mute or temporary mute.

Staff may also take action against excessive in-game spam and griefing, including entity spam, walling off monuments and large walls. Griefing other players is allowed as part of normal gameplay. This rule covers exploitative griefing of the map or server itself, including but not limited to:

• A 'china wall' where a wall takes up a large majority of land.
• Walling off a monument, or the majority of one, potentially affecting the experience of other players trying to visit it.
• Surrounding an unreasonable plot of land, with or without auto-turrets, solely to occupy or grief it.

Exceptions: you may wall mining quarries and the small substations around the outside of the map, but not any core monuments such as (but not limited to) Fuel Station, Market, Warehouse, Launch Site, Airfield, Oil Rig, etc.

Racism is not tolerated on our servers or Discord. If you're caught being racist, you are subject to kick, mute or ban.

Please keep all language English-only in text channels and game chat. Failing to keep it English-only may result in a temp mute. Use a translator if you must chat and don't understand English.

If your ban appeal was denied and you continue discussing or disputing it in public channels, admins reserve the right to take the following actions:

• Time you out on Discord.
• Kick you from Discord.
• Ban you from Discord.

This also applies to players disputing a ban on someone else's behalf. ACTUAL only issues bans with 100% certainty and supporting evidence. We do not share that evidence outside our team. If we make an error, we will correct it promptly.

Any chargeback on a VIP or store purchase, including through PayPal, will result in a ban across our entire community. If you have any payment-related issues, contact support first. See the refund policy.

Admins reserve the right to mute, kick, ban, delete or take any other action they see fit, including in situations not listed on this page.
